Effective upon signing, these Terms and Conditions outline the scope of services, mutual responsibilities, and legal disclosures associated with our credit education and document processing services.
1. 📁 Required Documentation
Before initiating any services, you will be required to review and sign the following documents:
Client Services Agreement
Authorization for Credit Repair Action
Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA) Disclosure
Right of Cancellation Notice
These documents are designed to protect your rights and ensure transparency throughout the process.
2. 🔧 Scope of Services
Our credit services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Credit Report Evaluation:
We will carefully review your credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies to identify inaccurate, outdated, false, or erroneous entries.Item Selection & Dispute Strategy:
You will select which items you wish to dispute. Our team will guide you on the most appropriate steps to challenge questionable information.Dispute Correspondence:
We will draft and submit dispute letters on your behalf to the relevant credit bureaus based on the items you’ve selected.Follow-up Support:
You agree to forward any responses or correspondence received from credit bureaus to us. We will assist in preparing additional follow-up documentation when needed.Ongoing Coaching & Monitoring:
Our consulting and support may be conducted through one or more of the following: in-person meetings, phone calls, webinars, video conferencing, or email during regular business hours.
3. 💰 Fees and Payment Terms
All fees for services rendered will be outlined in your individual Client Agreement. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and accept the stated fees.
4. ❌ Right to Cancel
You have the unconditional right to cancel your agreement within three (3) business days from the date of signing. To cancel, simply submit a written notice in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided in your Client Agreement.
